Roots to Rise is a guided, small-group experience designed to help young adults navigate one of the most defining transitions of their lives.Through a structured process of Separation, Transition, and Reintegration, participants move from confusion and inherited patterns into clarity, self-trust, and intentional direction.

About the Founder

Stefani Schwartz

I didn’t grow up with a clear path or strong foundation, so I learned early how to perform, survive, and prove my worth—and I became very good at it.
But many of my choices were shaped by patterns I didn’t yet understand, and over time, those patterns repeated across my life.
In 2021, burnout forced a shift—one that led me into deeper self-understanding and different choices rooted in truth, not pressure.As a parent of five young adults, I’ve also seen how confusing and defining this stage of life can be.
Roots to Rise was created to help others see clearly, choose consciously, and step into who they actually are.
